I want to show you this amazing piece of useable art that my husband made for me. It's a stock whip, which is a traditional tool used by cattlemen and women in Australia.
I've been practicing with it and it has a lovely and very satisfying *crack* when you get the rhythm right. I'm so proud of my whip, and the fact that the whole thing was cut and hand braided by my husband. Thanks, honey!

what you planning to whip into shape LOL!
Right now, just the dandelions. I hope that eventually I will be good enough to do some targeting. At first I was just trying not to whip myself!
sweet! Home made weed whacker! Never needs electricity and is totally green... AND you can use it for whipping your husband into shape when he refuses to do his chores. (bad joke just kidding LOL!) and if you feel your not doing yours right just hand it over to bronwyn (bad joke again)
ohhhkay before i make another bad crack (pun intended, crack of the whip) im going to post this hahah!
Too funny, Alin. You're on a roll.
im definitely whippin it good LOL!
I've always appreciated you Colleen, but now my admiration has grown to a whole new level! Yee-Ha Sister, crack that whip! Such an incredible thing to learn, and the fact that your husband made this for you... totally cool!
Tee-Hee, Victoria! He's the best husband (and very trusting)!
