My friends and neighbors had their baby today and named her Henrietta Polka-Dot. So sweet. I haven't met her yet, but I wore this peony all day, so it is for her.
Oh my gosh what a fantastic name! Wow, it took me a while to get caught up on your blog - for some reason my bookmark was stuck a while back ( like 6/4!). I love your blog new look ( I had changed mine too)- really clean - your work, well, wonderful as always!
Welcome to the neighborhood, little Henrietta Polka-Dot! The longest day of the year - I also have mixed feelings. I absolutely love the long days, energy and abundance and mourn its passing. As I've grown 'older' I've enjoyed this day more and more...Perhaps it's the vitamin D??? Sue

I KNOW! Her sister's name is Clementine Danger. They are such amazing and creative people!
